Are you a ‘Plotter’ or a ‘Pantser’? Part 2

Fifteen days, after the fact. Can you believe it? I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s had it happen to them. What am I talking about?

You’re having family or friends over for dinner. At the store, you find what you’re searching for, steaks or prime rib or whatever your favorite is. Then you look at the price, and your heart stops and restarts at ten times the normal pace. You check with the butcher. Yup, the sign’s correct. You take out the old mental calculator and...You know before you push the buttons, that it’s way more than you wanted or could spend.

You buy them anyway, knowing that everyone will enjoy them. Then, when you get home, you find a flyer from a different store and the exact same item is on sale for a substantially lower price.

Or the time...

The list goes on and on.

Here’s my latest story. In my blog on May 20th, yes 5/20/2015, I talked about Plotters and Pantsers. I discussed both and admitted to being a Pantser. On June 4th, I discovered Write Your Novel From The Middle: A New Approach for Plotters, Pantsers and Everyone in Between by James Scott Bell.

I was so fascinated and bought the book.

When it arrives and I finish reading it, I will post my thoughts on it.

Until, then, keep on writing!
